One of the many things on the list of stuff to do to help sell the house was to sort out the bottom of our garden. We got it cleared out a couple of months ago by a great bloke whose advert I found in one of the local business directories. After it was cleared, we decided to make a slightly raised lawned area with a circular patio in the middle of it. After some searching around on the internet I found www.onlineturf.com, and was treated to some fantastic service. For starters, they have a fab website, including helpful advice and a live support system - no doubts left in my mind about what I needed and how to lay the turf. I was easily able to order the turf and it arrived exactly when promised. The best bit, however, was the friendly follow-up emails offering advice on when to do the first mowing. It's small details like these that improve the shopping experience and make the whole thing feel a bit more personal, even though I didn't deal with anyone directly. Shame the only thing they couldn't really help with was physically shifting the turf to the bottom of the garden and laying it, but it only took a weekend and some help from a friendly Dan!
