The start of February brings with it many good things:

It also, apparently, brings the very bad thing, that is the unashamed public use of the word 'blogosphere'. It's bad enough to be accused of 'joining the blogosphere', but worse, now I'm posting a blog about a blog post about my blog, thus contributing to the navel gazing self absorption of blogging communities that leads to the creation of terms such as blogosphere in the first place.
My god. I've joined the blogosphere.
Oops.
On the bright side, I'm pleased to note the irony that w.bloggar's sdpelliong dictionary doesn't contain the word 'blog'. There may be hope for us all.
Meanwhile, back at the Frog Blog list of good things February brings:
40 moths!
There's not much that can be added to that. I wonder what led her to start counting them in the first place? And, shouldn't there be more than 40 moths, overall, in the grand scheme of things? Is this a minimalist report on an ecological catastrophe of biblical proportions for mothkind? Will there be more moths in March? We need to be told...
