The Narrative Imperative

Waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in March - round and about the 11th, in fact, though it matters little at this late stage - I was working down in London for a few days. It was part of one of the more interesting things I've been involved with at work recently - what was euphemistically termed a 'knowledge transfer project', but which amounted to a mass pillaging of the expertise and knowhow of a small team of programmers whose operation had been bought out by our parent company. Spam

The blog's been up and down a bit recently, but when it has been up, it's been attracting some irritating comment spam. So I've had to turn off comments temporarily. Hopefully won't be forever. Maybe .Text or Community Server will include a CAPTCHA system in a future release to stop spambots posting? EDIT 3/5/2005: Dave's doen some work on the blog code, and it looks like the spambot has gone away. Fingers crossed. comments re-enabled.
