Is Don Box a secret Brummie?

Came across this post about the latest preview VB compiler release on Don Box's Blog:

Amanda & Co. have a new version of the compiler available for download. Embedded XML, duck typing, and alignment with DLINQ

I IM'd Chris about this to ask if she had any idea what 'Duck Typing' was, and she provided the obvious explanation: Don's got a Brummie accent, and he actually means to say 'Duct Taping'. He obviously only puts on the 'merkin accent when he's trying to impress people, but his Indigo-powered VoiceXML-driven XBox controller-based blog-posting software can evidently detect the dialectal nuance and see through his vocal disguise.

With that settled, it's good to know VB 9 is still only held together with sticky tape :)
